Acuity Testing Information and Schedule

This year’s testing windows for the predictive tests in Acuity are:
Week of September 29-Math and Language Arts
Week of December 1-Math and Language Arts
Week of December 8-7th Grade Social Studies
Week of February 16-7th Grade Social Studies
Week of February 23-Math and Language Arts
The schedule for all of the Language Arts/Math windows follows. If teachers would like to switch days, that is fine. You can work that out amongst yourselves.

The student usernames and passwords are in the common drive Acuity folder. The file will always be in the common drive in case kids forget. I will also place the teacher usernames and passwords in the same common drive folder.
Kim Pulliam is our SuperUser. This means she schedules the predictive tests that we are giving. She can also provide technical support. Denise and I have been trained on the system.

A constructive response question will be on the predictive test. There will be no place to answer it. Do Not Answer the constructive response question. It will not count against the scores.
Acuity will not automatically assign instructional resources this time.
Bad News that we’ll just have to deal with for now until it gets fixed...The predictive tests cannot be randomized.
You can view a screen in Acuity that will show you all of the students’ passwords. If you click on Management}Classes}Class Roster}You can select “View all passwords” in the class roster. This will show all student passwords. The students were given their usernames and passwords in Bonus Period. If a teacher forgot, you can access it via the above directions.

You will not be able to see the predictive test assigned until Monday. When the students login they will have the screen below. They should select take a test and the predictive test should be there. Charles is the guinea pig on Monday. We’ll communicate any issues we have this day to the entire group.
