During the week of Feb. 9th we will celebrate Abraham Lincoln's Birthday, February 12th, by having birthday cake, drinks and music in the cafeteria. Students who have not had any discipline referrals will be invited to the celebrations. Abraham Lincoln served as a model of good character so we feel it is appropriate to celebrate his birthday in this way. Each day during the week a different team will celebrate his birthday in the cafeteria during bonus period.
The Schedule is as follow:
Monday Feb. 9th = Typhoons
Tuesday Feb. 10th = Tornadoes
Wednesday Feb. 11th = Hurricanes
Thursday Feb. 12th = Avalanche
A list of all students who do not qualify for the celebration will be coming in the next few days.
I would like each team to make arrangements for the students not included while the rest of the students and teachers attend the celebration.
