Every Once In A While

it is good to review where we've been. This is the link to our agenda from the staff development day last February where we discussed Lesson Design. Key Take Aways from that were:

• Make learning visibile...The teacher has to see that kids are learning in a visible way...
• The importance of metacognition-students having the ability to make the information their own.
• Who is DOING...Teacher or Student...This idea ties into recent postings. We learn best by doing.
