Team Lincoln

I would like to thank everyone for two days of hard work and team building that should serve us well as we move through the year.  We were able to come TOGETHER and determine who we are and what we are about.   As stated before the answers to these questions are very important to remind ourselves of as we lead in our classrooms and establish a positive learning culture throughout Lincoln.  We are about students, we are about believing in our students and each other, we are about collaborating, supporting, and learning.  We are about building skills in students that will last a lifetime.  We are about teaching students how to learn.  We are committed to students, have high expectations, we are caring, and have integrity.  I look forward to working TOGETHER to create a culture that celebrates our successes and is enjoyable for both teachers and students.  TOGETHER WE CAN DO GREAT THINGS.   What we do matters we are leaders.  Thanks again for a good start to the new year.  Remember all the students are with us on the first day and it is up to us to keep them on our side.  Here is a video that shows the power of collaboration and not giving up.
