Teachers, we are moving towards the last quarter of the year and our first year with our RISE evaluation tool with be under our belts. Here are a few reminders:
For Domains 1 and 3, it is important that you do not wait to the very end of the school year to archive evidence. Remember that the onus is upon the teacher to provide evidence in both of these areas. Also as you archive evidence remember that you can match the evidence with an indicator on the rubric. In our summative scoring of the rubric we will look for the evidence to be matched with an indicator. Work with your evaluator or each other if you have questions regarding the process or what evidence to use.
Core teachers: Our last horizontal data meeting was cancelled due to the weather. Please be sure that you share both your assessment and the data with either Craig (8th Grade) or me (7th Grade). Many of you have already done this. Thanks
