This article really resonated with me as I read it. I have encouraged all of you to seek feedback from each other but also from students and parents as well. I have tried to model this however I know that feedback is hard. It certainly is for me at times. Regardless of how hard it may be it is a great way to continue to learn and hopefully improve. I must remind myself of that growth mindset that is vitally important if I am going to continuously grow and learn.
