Staff-  Next Wednesday September 25th we will kick off our 3rd annual World's Finest Chocolate Sale.  The kick off will be at 1:00 in the Red Gym.  Here is the schedule for the day.

Period 1 8:05-8:30
Period 2 8:35-9:00
Period 3 9:05-9:30
Period 4 9:35-10:00
Period 6 10:05-10:30
Period 7 10:35-11:00
Period 8 11:05-11:30

Advisory Period 11:35-12:35

All Students report back to Advisory 12:35

Kick Off 1:00-1:45

Chocolate Distribution 1:45 -3:05 by Houses

Duties for staff and the fundraiser:

• Students report to advisory each morning for the first 10 minutes of the day. 
• Teachers are to collect (Not Count) money each day
• Teachers are to put money from student in envelop with student name on the envelop
• Teachers are to indicate if students request additional chocolate- THIS IS IMPORTANT 
• PTO will then be collecting your envelops each morning to count and returning additional chocolate to your room for those that indicated that they wanted more.  

Student are not to be selling chocolate in the school.  Our fundraiser has been immensely successful the last two years and we want for it to be Amazing this year.  For it to be Amazing your help, support, and enthusiasm will be needed.  Encourage your students to be amazing and sell chocolate. Each house will earn 100 house points per box of chocolate sold.  The winning house will move up the standings and receive a movie afternoon in the Lincoln Auditorium with snacks and an exclusive tour of the LJH dungeon.
