End of the Year Checkout

End of the Year Checkout is PAPERLESS. You can click on the form and complete all of it on the last day or you can complete parts of it between now and the last day. You don't have to complete all of it at one time, just make sure you click submit when you are entering information or it won't get to us. When you check out on June 4th, just stop by the office and we'll make sure all of the information needed has been submitted before you go on your way. Please ask if you have any questions.
